Senior Associate – Capital Projects & Infrastructure (Financial Advisory)

About the role

PwC Indonesia is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice within Priority Services. You will support clients in planning, financing, and delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects across sectors such as power, water, toll roads, ports, airports, and railways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist state‑owned enterprises, government agencies, multinationals and local firms in fund‑raising, public‑private partnerships (PPP) and project finance transactions.
• Conduct financial modelling, transaction structuring, and feasibility assessments for capital projects.
• Support mergers & acquisitions, due‑diligence, and policy‑economic analysis related to infrastructure development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end‑to‑end advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare client‑facing presentations, reports and recommendations that align with sustainability and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in diverse, client‑focused teams.
• Interest in infrastructure sectors and emerging sustainability trends.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Understanding of project finance structures and PPP frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
