About the role

The Section Head for Motor Vehicle (MV) Claim & Acquisition will lead the end‑to‑end claim settlement and acquisition processes within the automotive insurance division. This senior position ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with policies, and achievement of operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily MV claim and acquisition operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
• Monitor claim handling and acquisition activities for policy and procedural compliance.
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim settlements and acquisition workflows.
• Support the Department Head (Mgr.) MV Claim & Acquisition in driving operational improvements and meeting departmental goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar operational function.
• Willingness to be placed outside Jakarta (e.g., Medan, Surabaya, Bandung).
• Experience in the insurance industry, especially claim processes, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication abilities.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset in a dynamic environment.
