School Partnership Executive

About the role

The School Partnership Executive will lead the development of strategic collaborations with schools, universities and community organisations. You will act as the primary liaison, promoting Gentem's education solutions and expanding our institutional network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with educational institutions and community groups.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with institutional partners.
• Conduct outreach, arrange meetings and present Gentem’s education solutions.
• Plan and execute school visits, seminars, workshops, education fairs and partnership events.
• Generate qualified leads through partnership activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product teams to deliver partnership initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare activity reports.
• Maintain partnership databases and ensure timely follow‑up with prospects.
• Support business growth by expanding Gentem’s institutional partnership network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership, business development, institutional relations, event management, sales or related fields.
• Experience working with schools, universities or community organisations is highly preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and target‑oriented.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
