About the role
The Sales Support position assists the sales team of a leading food‑ingredients provider. You will act as a liaison between customers and the sales department, ensuring orders are processed smoothly and product information is communicated effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and record product orders from customers.
- Support the sales team in daily activities and follow‑up tasks.
- Help present and promote existing product lines to clients.
- Act as a product communicator, providing accurate information to both internal teams and external customers.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with little to no experience are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and adaptability to new tools.
