Sales Specialist Retail - West Java

About the role

WAVIN INDONESIA is looking for a Sales Specialist Retail to join its team in West Java (Cikarang and Karawang). This full-time position plays a key role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Cikarang and Karawang region.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in the target market.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and run targeted sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and achievements.
• Keep expanding product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales track record, preferably in a similar industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar commercial sales role.
• Experience managing territory sales and developing sales within assigned areas.
• Strong retail experience, including managing retail stores and sales channels.
• Distributorship management experience and experience managing NOO (new outlet openings).
• Ability to manage and develop Area/Account Officers to meet sales targets.
• Experience in the same or related industry is an advantage.

• POS management, including execution, visibility, merchandising and sales performance.
• Sales processes, distribution channels and retail execution.
• Negotiation and relationship-building with retail stores and distributors.
• Territory analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
