Sales Specialist – Acute Care Informatics (Indonesia)

About the role

The Sales Specialist Acute Care Informatics in Indonesia drives growth of Philips’ clinical informatics portfolio across the country. Working with limited supervision, the role creates and executes sales plans, builds new business and expands existing customer relationships in a diverse market. The specialist collaborates closely with hospital patient‑monitoring sales teams, distribution partners and partner managers to deliver integrated value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical country sales plans to meet growth and market‑share targets, providing accurate forecasts and performance reporting.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business, upgrade and expansion opportunities, building trusted relationships with clinical, technical, procurement and executive stakeholders.
• Work with Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring sales and account teams to create integrated customer value propositions across patient monitoring and clinical informatics.
• Lead customer discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, tender responses and commercial negotiations for complex healthcare technology opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system and ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation while complying with Philips quality, regulatory and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, IT, Clinical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in business, clinical sales, healthcare technology, medical devices, enterprise software or a related area.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Indonesia and periodically to regional locations.
