Sales Executive – Drive Business Growth

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help expand our market presence in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to meet client needs.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to track trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or a related field (minimum 2 years).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
