Safeguarding & Compliance Officer

About the role

Green School Bali is looking for a practical, organised, and detail‑focused Safeguarding & Compliance Officer. The role coordinates safeguarding records, training, audits and provides administrative support across compliance and pastoral functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the school's safeguarding and compliance programme by coordinating audits, maintaining evidence, conducting regular monitoring activities and following up on action plans (approximately 60% of time).
• Maintain the Central Training Register and Single Central Record, organise safeguarding training sessions, prepare materials, track attendance and ensure training completion (about 15%).
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance Senior Manager and Head of Pastoral, manage office resources, coordinate procurement requests through HashMicro and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations (around 25%).

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in school administration, safeguarding, compliance, HR, legal administration or a similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Education, HR, Management or a related field.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain confidentiality.
