About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead end‑to‑end research and development for pet care products, including food and toiletries for dogs and cats. The role involves moving concepts from ideation through formulation, testing, and launch, extending beyond traditional laboratory work.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle for pet food and toiletry items, from concept to market launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage laboratory activities while also overseeing scale‑up and production processes.

Required profile
