About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts across key regions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet aggressive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers while managing existing accounts.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
  • Plan and execute customer visits with a focused, strategic approach.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Technical, Warehouse, and Finance teams to deliver optimal customer solutions.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, account management, or relationship management (medical device industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to be based in Pekanbaru, West Sumatra, East Java, or Bali.

Required skills

  • Experience using CRM or sales management systems.
