Regional Head – IDX Representative Office (Aceh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s Representative Office in Banda Aceh. As Regional Head, you will drive capital‑market development, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure the office delivers IDX’s strategic objectives for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the IDX Representative Office in accordance with corporate policies and SOPs.
• Lead initiatives to increase market transactions, investor participation, and engagement of listed companies in Aceh.
• Implement capital‑market education, outreach and public‑awareness programmes.
• Develop annual work plans, budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk management, internal control and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• At least 3 years of experience in capital‑market operations and 3 years in a managerial role within the sector.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong alignment with IDX core values: teamwork, integrity, professionalism and service excellence.
