Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our software products meet the highest standards before release. The role involves reviewing documentation, designing test strategies, and executing both manual and automated tests across multiple devices and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing features.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and regressions.
• Log and track defects using issue‑tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to understand functionality and requirements.
• Conduct regression testing and support release cycles.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Work within agile Scrum teams, participating in sprint activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a QA Engineer.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple projects and adapt to fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Manual testing and automated testing experience.
• Familiarity with performance/automation tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Karate, Gatling, Selenium, Cucumber, Katalon.
• Knowledge of scripting languages, especially JavaScript.
• Experience with issue‑tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and agile development methodologies.
• Mobile and web UI/UX testing experience.
