QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team in Yogyakarta. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile and API applications through both manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, scenarios and test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Design, develop and execute manual test cases to verify application functionality.
• Develop, maintain and run automation scripts using Katalon.
• Perform API testing with Postman and Newman.
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support continuous testing initiatives.
• Identify, document and track defects throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Strong experience in test planning, test case creation and execution.
• Hands‑on experience with both manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
