Tentang Posisi

Program Magang Industri GEMILANG Nestlé di Kejayan, Pasuruan, merupakan program pengembangan talenta untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda menghadapi kebutuhan industri manufaktur modern. Program terdiri dari 3 bulan pelatihan kelas dan 6 bulan on‑the‑job training di pabrik Nestlé.

Profil yang Dibutuhkan

Lulusan SMK/sederajat jurusan Teknik atau MIPA (fresh graduate sangat dianjurkan).
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Memiliki inisiatif, kemauan belajar, dan motivasi berkembang.
Berkomitmen mengikuti program dari awal sampai akhir.

Yang Kami Tawarkan

Study allowance selama 3 bulan Classroom Training (sesuai ketentuan).
Pocket allowance selama 6 bulan On‑the‑Job Training (sesuai ketentuan).
