Product Specialist – Orthopaedics

About the role

The Product Specialist promotes and supports the joint replacement portfolio, including hip, knee, and robotic‑assisted orthopaedic solutions. The role blends clinical support, sales execution, surgeon education, and operating‑room assistance to drive product adoption and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans, identify growth opportunities, and increase market share.
• Acquire new customers, maintain existing relationships, and expand accounts.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert to support surgeries and provide customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams on educational programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopaedics preferred).
• English proficiency; operating‑room support experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.
