About the role
Deptech Digital Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join its team in South Jakarta. The role focuses on delivering banking‑related digital solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
Key responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure product delivery aligns with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
- Support sprint planning, review, and roadmap activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to manage and refine product backlogs.
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating user stories and product documentation.
