Product Marketing for OEM IT Hardware – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Product Marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of our OEM IT hardware portfolio. You will shape product vision, drive market analysis, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and sales teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor offerings to define product direction.
• Create and communicate product vision, aligning new ideas with business objectives.
• Work with designers and engineers to prototype, test and refine product features.
• Interpret user data, pricing comparisons and sales metrics to guide development decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with end‑users, IT partners and key principals, seeking partnership opportunities.
• Manage forecasting, ordering, inventory and the product marketing budget.
• Train the sales team on product knowledge and support launch activities.
• Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, PR and events.
• Collaborate with sales to set pricing strategies for the product portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) minimum.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Manager, Product Marketing or Product Development in IT distribution hardware.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and cost structures.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work onsite in West Jakarta and travel for road‑shows or new‑market projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, HLookup, VLookup).
