Private Sector Partnership Specialist

About the role

World Vision Indonesia is seeking a Private Sector Partnership Specialist to expand its corporate and foundation funding streams. The role focuses on acquiring child sponsorship and non‑sponsorship resources from corporations, retailers, foundations and embassies, supporting the organization’s mission to serve vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute private‑sector partnership strategies aligned with World Vision’s funding and donor‑engagement plans.
• Research and map potential corporate, retail, foundation and embassy partners based on ESG priorities and sector trends.
• Lead the preparation of program proposals and contract bids in collaboration with program, finance, procurement and other internal teams.
• Manage donor relationships, track engagement status, and monitor funding pipelines to ensure timely acquisition and transition of resources.
• Monitor funding status for each project, identify gaps, and coordinate with relevant departments to secure continuous support.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing on fundraising and project‑management best practices across the organization.
• Support emergency‑response initiatives as required, contributing to rapid and accountable assistance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate partnership acquisition, CSR/ESG fundraising, or donor relations within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong ability to develop proposals and negotiate contracts with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and assess partnership opportunities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work in Indonesia and adapt to local cultural and operational contexts.
