Paid Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Marketing Executive to lead and optimise paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive user acquisition and support our business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Handle media buying, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategy and A/B testing.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, CAC) and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing and Data teams to create high‑performing ads.
• Identify new growth opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and execute media buying.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
