Operational Vendor Management

About the role

The Operational Vendor Management role is responsible for overseeing import and export operations in Jakarta, ensuring they align with company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and performance targets. You will coordinate with Lead Logistic Providers (LLP) and Logistic Service Providers (LSP) to maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily import and export operations of LLP/LSP against SOPs and working instructions.
• Check order quality, correct discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation.
• Track box and ISO‑tank usage, carrier utilization, and spot‑process performance, providing analysis and mitigation for deviations.
• Maintain carrier issue logs and conduct periodic quality reviews based on agreed KPIs.
• Support digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement of export and import processes.
• Manage pre‑leg cost analysis, ensure system cost accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Facilitate Daily Performance Meetings, monitor KPIs, and raise non‑conformance records.
• Liaise with CnFT for permits and licences, and provide documentation support to the OVM Lead.
