Marketing Executive - Event & Partnership Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Executive focused on events and partnerships, you will drive immersive brand experiences at the Bosch Home Experience Centre and build strategic collaborations with culinary and design experts. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure flawless event execution and create co‑marketing opportunities that amplify Bosch Home Appliances’ reach.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan and execute end‑to‑end brand events, delivering hands‑on product experiences.
• Identify, engage and secure strategic partners such as renowned chefs, architects and interior designers.
• Coordinate with design, digital agency, brand store partners, photographers, videographers and in‑store sales promoters to align all event assets and logistics.
• Launch advertising campaigns to drive attendance for paid workshops.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations to measure ROI and capture learnings.
• Research and prospect partner brands that share Bosch’s values and target audience.
• Develop and pitch co‑marketing concepts for joint offline and digital campaigns.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to post‑campaign analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in event management, partnership marketing or a similar role, ideally within a premium brand environment.
• Demonstrated success planning and executing high‑quality events.
