Manufacturing Operator

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operator at Bosch Group in Bekasi, you will support daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring smooth operation of machines and adherence to quality standards. You will work closely with the Production Leader and other team members to meet output targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up production processes, including daily 5S activities and machine warm‑up.
• Check and verify master samples before production runs.
• Complete production and maintenance records accurately.
• Supply materials and sub‑components for ongoing production.
• Participate in daily briefings and support routine preventive maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance to achieve OEE targets and reduce unplanned breakdowns.
• Assist with change‑over activities at workstations.
• Maintain quality by minimizing scrap and aiming for zero customer claims.
• Follow all working instructions, procedures, and safety policies.

Required profile

• Graduated from SMK or SMU; fresh graduate or 1‑2 years experience in manufacturing assembly.
• Good health, proactive attitude, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic passive English comprehension.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, rotations, and stand for extended periods.
• Open to assignment in the Lippo Cikarang area on a 1‑year contract.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
