Manager/Sr. Manager – Modern Data & AI Architect

About the role

PWC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms and AI solutions for its clients. The role blends deep technical expertise with business acumen to translate strategy into scalable, impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, translating complex business challenges into data and AI architectures.
• Design and deliver modern data platforms aligned with client strategy.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, proposals, demos and workshops.
• Serve as workstream lead, Data Architect or Technical Project Manager, overseeing end‑to‑end implementation.
• Review engineering outputs, enforce best practices, governance and performance standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the internal Data & AI community.
• Build long‑term client relationships and identify growth opportunities for the Data & AI portfolio.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in data architecture, cloud strategy and AI implementation.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong communication and advisory skills with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.
