Manager / Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

About the role

Intellect is seeking experienced management consultants and strategy professionals to take on high‑priority strategic and operational mandates. This is a hands‑on operator role, moving beyond analysis to implementation, building capabilities and delivering measurable results across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Solve high‑priority business problems and own complex priorities that affect growth and scalability.
• Structure ambiguous problems, develop data‑driven recommendations, and translate decisions into actionable implementation plans.
• Own initiatives end‑to‑end, from diagnosis and business‑case development through implementation and result tracking.
• Build operating capabilities, management systems, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to define priorities, resolve constraints, and maintain momentum.

Required profile

• 4‑10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation or a similarly demanding environment.
• Strong structured problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Motivation to move from advisory to hands‑on operational ownership.
• Ability to work with incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while building trust with execution teams.
