Manager / Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations Consulting

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its Strategy & Operations team in Jakarta. You will lead strategy consulting engagements, helping multinational and local clients design, manage and execute large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess complex business problems using first‑principles thinking and hypothesis‑driven analysis.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, including market analysis, competitor assessment and growth opportunity identification.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis such as financial modelling, valuation and scenario planning to test hypotheses.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and oral formats to both internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategy consulting or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
