Manager / Senior Manager – SAP Consulting

About the role

PWC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead SAP consulting engagements. You will help clients maximise the value of their SAP investments across sales, finance, supply chain, engineering and human capital, delivering business‑led, technology‑enabled change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects as the client‑facing solution architect.
• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to design and discuss potential solutions.
• Foster an inclusive team environment, encouraging input from all members.
• Navigate ambiguous and unstructured problems, providing clear direction.
• Provide coaching and mentorship at all levels.
• Balance big‑picture thinking with detailed execution.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and propose proactive solutions.
• Contribute deep technical knowledge in SAP to project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large SAP implementation projects.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and team development.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and delivering results.
