Manager – IFS – Entrepreneurial Private & Business

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager for its IFS – Entrepreneurial Private & Business team in Jakarta. The role supports privately‑owned companies, entrepreneurs and high‑net‑worth individuals by delivering audit, tax, compliance and strategic advisory services across the full business life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide audit, tax compliance and planning advice to improve operational efficiency and enable clients to focus on strategy.
• Design and implement customised service plans covering wealth management, cash‑flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.
• Analyse complex business issues, develop data‑driven recommendations and present concise solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members, resolve performance issues and promote continuous skill development.
• Monitor global trends, assess their impact on clients and contribute to the firm’s thought leadership.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all client engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit or private‑business advisory.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
