Manager, Deals Advisory – Transaction Services

About the role

Join PwC's Deals Advisory team in Jakarta as a Manager, helping leading organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions. You will work with a diverse set of clients, providing data‑driven financial due diligence and strategic insights to support informed transaction decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements, analysing target financials and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support strategy assessment, deal structuring, valuation and post‑deal integration activities.
• Develop and present clear, data‑backed recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members, fostering their technical development and ownership of work.
• Ensure all deliverables meet PwC’s quality standards and ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• 6‑10 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, auditing, accounting, equity research or M&A advisory.
• Previous experience in a Big Four or comparable professional services environment is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand broader business issues.
