Manager – Deals Advisory – Transaction Services

About the role

PwC Indonesia is seeking a Manager for its Deals Advisory – Transaction Services team. In this role you will support leading organisations through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions, delivering data‑driven insights that maximise value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements for state‑owned enterprises, multinational corporations and Indonesian companies.
• Analyse financial statements, commercial and operational data to validate client assumptions.
• Develop recommendations and strategic insights based on multiple data sources and stakeholder views.
• Coach junior team members, resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness, and promote continuous learning.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and ensure work meets firm and client quality standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience in financial due diligence or transaction services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
