Management Trainee for Operations

About the role

Join a 9‑12 month Management Trainee Program designed to develop future operational leaders at Toyota Astra Financial Services. You will rotate through key operational areas, receive structured training, and work closely with experienced mentors to build a solid foundation in the company’s processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 9‑12 month trainee program covering various operational functions.
• Learn, plan, lead, and execute tasks that contribute to daily business operations.
• Complete training modules that provide deep insight into the company’s operational landscape.
• Collaborate with senior professionals and mentors to acquire leadership and management best practices.
• Be prepared for assignments across TAF branches throughout Indonesia.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a minimum Bachelor’s degree and GPA of 3.50/4.00.
• All majors accepted; preference for Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• Maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a proactive learning attitude.
• Demonstrated organizational experience in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to be placed in any TAF branch across Indonesia.

Required skills
