Logistics Support Consultant for Resilience Project

About the role

The Resilience Project in Air Upas, Ketapang requires a dedicated external collaborator to provide day‑to‑day logistics support. You will ensure the smooth movement, receipt, storage, distribution and tracking of project goods, helping the project stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics planning with Project and Supply Chain teams, identifying requirements, delivery schedules and transportation needs.
• Arrange and monitor transportation of equipment, materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and handling last‑mile logistics.
• Receive and verify incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Support proper warehousing, maintain basic inventory records, and assist with stock counting and physical verification.
• Distribute goods to project activities or beneficiaries, maintaining accurate documentation such as Goods Received Notes and handover forms.
• Track project assets and equipment, reporting missing or damaged items and supporting handover documentation.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date logistics tracker and provide regular updates to the Logistics Coordinator, highlighting bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, transporters, project staff and the Supply Chain team to resolve logistics issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain support, preferably in project environments.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying quantities, conditions and documentation.
• Ability to work independently on site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good problem‑solving skills to address delivery delays or asset discrepancies.
