Logistics & Indirect Purchasing Internship

About the role

Join Bosch’s logistics hub in Cikarang as a Logistics and Indirect Purchasing Intern. You will support the procurement and supply chain team, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, order processing, and performance reporting while contributing to the smooth flow of materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Source indirect materials and compare quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier invoice submission.
• File customer invoices and delivery notes.
• Report on key performance indicators and maintain quality management documentation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Final‑year student pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Management, Transportation/Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in logistics and purchasing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Available for a minimum six‑month internship (July‑December) and willing to work onsite in Cikarang.
