Logistic Staff

About the role

The Logistic Staff member will support the mining operations by ensuring that all materials, spare parts and consumables are received, stored and issued in line with company procedures. This position is essential for maintaining uninterrupted production and operational efficiency at the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to established procedures.
• Guarantee the availability of materials, spare parts and other operational necessities.
• Accurately record inventory movements and maintain up‑to‑date stock data.
• Conduct regular stock‑taking and monitor inventory levels on a periodic basis.
• Prepare and submit logistics and administrative reports as required.

Required profile

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain functions is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse administration processes.
• Willingness to work on‑site under a roster‑based schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
