Learning Advisor

About the role

The Learning Advisor supports families through the enrollment journey for Genstarkids programs, guiding prospective students during assessments and recommending appropriate learning pathways. The role blends customer service, sales, and administrative coordination to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide parents through the enrollment process and provide program consultation.
• Assist prospective students during assessments and suggest suitable learning programs.
• Act as a Class Assistant when needed to facilitate classroom activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive membership renewals and referrals to meet sales and retention targets.
• Coordinate student schedules, classes, workshops, and events.
• Handle administrative tasks related to enrollment, assessments, and memberships.
• Collaborate with teachers and operations teams to ensure a seamless learning journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, sales, education, or counseling.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
