Lead, Product Management (Technical Regulatory Compliance)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead for Product Management focused on Technical Regulatory Compliance in Indonesia. In this role you will act as a technology consultant and strategic partner, guiding business teams through complex regulatory landscapes while driving innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define milestones and project plans with measurable outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and inter‑dependencies across multiple projects.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive program documentation and foster stakeholder relationships.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge of the payments ecosystem to ensure compliance with industry standards and evolving regulations.
• Leverage Mastercard’s technology capabilities to design innovative solutions for business and regulatory challenges.
• Collaborate with business managers to align initiatives with organizational goals and communicate updates regularly.
• Continuously evaluate processes for improvement and promote IT‑business alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technology consultant or product manager handling regulatory compliance.
• Strong project‑management and risk‑management expertise.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams and influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the payments environment and related regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
