Lead Full Stack Developer – Web Applications

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of web and desktop applications. You will guide a cross‑functional team, make strategic technical decisions, and ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Select and implement appropriate frameworks and technologies based on project needs.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high system availability.
• Lead end‑to‑end development of web and desktop applications using full‑stack technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full‑stack web development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control, and cloud platforms.
