Key Account Assistant Manager – Retail Sales

About the role

The Key Account Assistant Manager – Retail Sales will support the growth of Bosch’s retail channel in South Jakarta by managing key account relationships and driving both sell‑in and sell‑out performance. You will act as the main liaison between Bosch and its major retail partners, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and effective promotional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day business relationships with key accounts.
• Drive sell‑in growth and accelerate sell‑out through promotions and visibility initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and account development plans.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate timely collections with Finance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service for seamless order fulfillment.
• Handle purchase‑order tracking, pricing validation, promotional documentation, and rebate tracking.
• Implement displays, POSM, and promotional campaigns at retail locations.
• Analyze sell‑out performance, recommend corrective actions, and prepare dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Sales, or Modern Trade.
• Background in home appliances, electronics, FMCG durable goods, or premium consumer brands preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of modern trade operations and negotiation.
• Proficiency in sell‑in/sell‑out analysis, AR tracking, and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
