IT Staff – Network & Systems Support

About the role

The company is looking for an IT Staff to support its daily technology operations. You will work on network, email, and hardware issues while ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve network, email, and connectivity problems.
• Maintain and install telephone systems, fax machines, CCTV cameras, printers, and related hardware.
• Perform regular data backups and assist with data recovery.
• Support hardware and software troubleshooting across the organization.

Required profile

• Male, aged 25‑37, residing in West Jakarta.
• Minimum education: high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Willingness to work overtime, on‑call, or remotely when issues arise.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency with SQL Server databases.
• Network and troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience installing and maintaining CCTV, printers, fax machines, telephone systems, and PABX.
• Website design skills are a plus.
