IT Project Manager – Application Development

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end application development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with cross‑functional development teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor the full lifecycle of software projects, including timelines, deliverables, resources, and risk management.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, database, and UI/UX teams to maintain technical alignment and resolve impediments.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure they are met throughout development.
• Produce regular status reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) consistently and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues that arise during implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing application development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum practices and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
