Injection Molding Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Injection Molding Maintenance Manager will lead the upkeep of injection molding equipment at Trepak’s Jakarta facility. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that packaging component production runs safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for injection molding machines and related utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, performing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor machine performance, manage spare‑parts inventory, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians, promoting safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support equipment upgrades.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with aseptic and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in injection molding machinery, covering mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven experience designing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, machine manuals, and operate a CMMS.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jakarta and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
