Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team in West Jakarta. The successful candidate will work closely with client users to gather requirements, configure our standard product, and ensure a smooth go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops with client users for standard product scope.
• Configure system parameters, master data settings and module options according to approved requirements.
• Design and develop end‑user training materials such as manuals, quick guides and job aids.
• Deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual or on‑site) to client end users.
• Prepare and review UAT test scripts and scenarios covering both standard features and integrated gap solutions.
• Facilitate UAT sessions, coordinate client users, log defects and track resolution with the development team.
• Escalate UAT defects to the Project Manager and functional issues to the Development Team.
• Support cut‑over activities and provide post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
• Document SOPs, user guides and operational handover materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifinance project management and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of multifinance business processes.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks and keep projects within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
