About the role

The Hull and LQ HSE Supervisor will oversee health, safety and environmental performance for offshore and onshore oil & gas facilities in China, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

Lead HSE audits, inspections and surveillance activities on project sites.
Manage occupational health & safety, process safety and risk management programs, including SIMOPS and incident investigations.
Implement and oversee Permit to Work systems and hazard recognition processes.

Required profile

Engineering degree or equivalent S1 qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, both onshore and offshore.
Experience with EPCI projects and HSE management systems.

Required skills

Hazard recognition & risk evaluation.
Permit to Work system implementation.
Occupational health & safety and basic process safety.
Risk management, SIMOPS coordination, incident investigation.
HSE audits, inspections and surveillance.
