About the role

The HULL and LQ HSE Leader will oversee health, safety and environmental performance for offshore oil and gas projects in China, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safe execution of simultaneous operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Plan, conduct and oversee HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on project sites.
Manage SIMOPS procedures to ensure safe and efficient simultaneous operations.
Perform risk assessments and apply risk management techniques across projects.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in offshore oil and gas, specifically in topside projects.
Proven experience in HSE planning, assurance, and safety operations management.
