Health Claim Analyst

About the role

The Health Claim Analyst will support the health operations team by reviewing claim processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending system enhancements. This position works closely with IT and external vendors to ensure that health claim endorsements are processed accurately and in line with established procedures. The analyst will also monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the health claims lifecycle. The role is based in South Jakarta and offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading insurance provider.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and propose improvements related to systems and processes in Health Operations.
• Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors on system enhancements and modifications.
• Ensure the endorsement process runs effectively and according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or a related field (Master’s degree welcomed).
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
• Passionate about creating improvements in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
