About the role

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets while developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing brand accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing brand accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, media agencies, and creative agencies.
• Understand client business needs and sell relevant services, content, and commercial solutions to brands.
• Lead sales pitches, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures across multiple brand accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling media, advertising, content, or marketing solutions to brands.
• Strong existing network with brand marketers, advertisers, and media/creative agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and grow revenue from multiple brand accounts.
• Consistent achievement of sales targets with a measurable performance record.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop value‑driven solutions for clients.
• Experience in pitching and negotiating integrated campaigns, branded content, sponsorships, or marketing services.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing sales team.
