Guest Relations Officer – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer (Russian Speaker), known as the “Lady in Red”, serves as the hotel ambassador at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. In this role you will welcome, assist and bid farewell to guests while upholding the highest standards of service and acting as an extended arm of the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in Russian and English, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
• Maintain LQA audit scores of 85% or higher and achieve an average CSS rating of 5 or above.
• Promote the hotel and its outlets to guests, enhancing brand visibility.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, follow up efficiently and report issues to the Operations team.
• Assist with reception duties during peak periods or immediate needs.

Required profile

• Indonesian citizen.
• Fluent in Russian (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism and a strong customer‑service orientation.
