About the role
The Warehouse Staff will coordinate loading orders, conduct daily and monthly stock audits, and ensure smooth communication with customers. This position supports the logistics operations of PT Handal Guna Sarana, a leading logistics service provider in Indonesia.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate loading orders (DO) and delivery notes.
- Perform daily and monthly warehouse stock audits (stock opname).
- Confirm and follow up with customers.
- Handle packing, loading, unloading, inbound, and outbound activities.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and organized in document archiving.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Competent use of email for business communication.
