Full-time UTBK Language Teacher in Singaraja

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time UTBK language teacher to join our team in Singaraja. The successful candidate will coach and train students preparing for the national university entrance exam, while collaborating closely with the Academic Team and Student Advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver coaching and training sessions, acting as a buddy for MT Akademia to improve teaching effectiveness.
• Provide consulting for students and parents together with Student Advisors to define academic pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to resolve academic issues.
• Participate in Class‑by‑Class (CBC) sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach classroom lessons, ensuring engaging and high‑quality instruction.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.

Required profile

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
