Freelance Category Management Admin

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Category Management Administrator to support our supply‑chain team in West Jakarta. The role focuses on managing purchase orders for fresh produce, mapping vendors to SKUs and ensuring timely inbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Create and issue purchase orders for fresh products every 2–3 days, including ad‑hoc orders from sales.
• Map over 200 fresh‑produce SKUs to the appropriate vendors and allocate supply quantities across multiple vendors based on performance, quality and price.
• Update vendor prices weekly, negotiate terms and maintain price data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inbound shipments, track on‑time delivery, and handle delays or rejections.
• Participate in daily out‑of‑stock (OOS) meetings and provide operational updates on supply and demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in category management, brand management or trade marketing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and project‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, ambitious and able to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
