About the role
Join the pre‑opening team of Equipoise Resort Ubud as a Food & Beverage Server. You will be the face of the resort, delivering exceptional service to guests in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area in line with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle payment transactions and issue receipts.
- Provide personalized recommendations and address guest inquiries to enhance satisfaction.
- Uphold the resort’s quality standards and service protocols.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar server role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Positive, service‑oriented attitude with a dynamic personality.
- Loyal, honest, and highly motivated for long‑term collaboration.
- Strong team player with leadership potential and the ability to take initiative.
- Quality‑focused and able to join immediately.
